    We’re aware of an issue with the ringback tone on mobile calls. Our engineers are actively working on resolving this as quickly as possible. Calls are still going through, but the tone you normally hear before the other party picks up may not play correctly.

    We are pleased to inform you that the issue affecting the text-to-speech feature in the MyTelSmart callflow builder—specifically with the female voice “Dena” for longer texts has now been resolved.

    You may now safely resume using the “Dena” voice without experiencing interruptions or degraded performance.
