We are currently experiencing a temporary disruption in the BLF (Busy Lamp Field) functionality within our VoIP solution. This means it’s currently not possible to see whether colleagues are on a call or available (for example, via status lights on desk phones or in our Flexy Desktop and Flexy Mobile).
The issue is due to a required update to a system managed by an external partner.
Important: All other features are working as expected and remain unaffected. Our users can call internally or externally. You can still transfer calls to colleagues without any issues — only the visual availability/status indicators are impacted.
We are working closely with our partner to resolve this as soon as possible and will keep you updated.
