    We’re happy to inform you that the latest version of Flexy Desktop (v1.6.2) is now officially available in both the Apple App Store (macOS) and for Windows users.

    After updating, users will regain full calling functionality via Flexy Desktop. Please note that status lights remain temporarily unavailable, but all other features should work as expected.

    We appreciate your patience during the recent disruption and remain at your service for any further questions or support needs.

    Flexy Desktop version 1.6.2 is now available in the Apple App Store for Mac users. For Windows users, the update is still pending and is expected to be available shortly.

    After updating to version 1.6.2, users will regain full calling functionality via Flexy Desktop. Please note that status lights remain temporarily unavailable.

    A new version of the Flexy Desktop app is currently under review in the app stores. For Windows users, the updated app is expected to be available by the end of today. For Mac users, the update will follow on Monday.

    Once the app is updated, users will regain calling functionality. However, status lights will remain non-functional for now.

    We have been experiencing a disruption in our telephony systems earlier today.

    At this time, all services have been restored, with the exception of Flexy Desktop.

    • Calling via landline, mobile, and Flexy Mobile is now fully operational.

    • Busy Lamp Fields will recover automatically within 1 hour.

    • Flexy Desktop is offline , a new version of the application will be made available in the app stores shortly.
